on Saturday 13 May 2023 in Wimbledon Park Hall, 170 Arthur Road,
Wimbledon Park, London SW19 8AQ

1. Apologies for Absence
2. Minutes of the previous AGM held on 21 May 2022
3. To receive the Chairman’s Report for 2022 (previously circulated)
4. To receive the Report of the Trustees and Financial Statements for 2022
5. To elect the President and any Vice Presidents and the Officers of the Society
6. To elect the following as Directors of the Company: Pamela Greenwood and Jane Healey
7. To re-appoint Hartley Fowler as Independent Examiners
8. To transact any other business proper to an Annual General Meeting
At the conclusion of the AGM a talk was given by Adrian Mills, Chairman of the
Wimbledon Village Business Association
Members have a legal right to appoint a proxy to exercise all or any of their rights to attend, speak and vote in their stead. A proxy need not be a member of the Society.Any member wishing to appoint a proxy for this meeting should apply to the Secretary for a proxy form secretary@wimbledonsociety.org.uk
