Another new office block for The Broadway

An application has been filed for a 7-storey office block at numbers 188/194 The Broadway. This is a small site next to the YMCA. The application follows an earlier one in 2018 that was rejected by the Council because it would have been “overly dominant”.

Does Wimbledon need yet another new office block at these times? We think not.
