Following the decision by Merton Council to approve the AELTC planning application to build on the former Wimbledon Park Golf Course and by Wandsworth Council to refuse it, Merton and Wandsworth Councils both now have to write separately to the GLA (Greater London Authority) so that the GLA can then review AELTC’s plans.

Parkside Residents’ Association have submitted their objections with a useful focus on community benefits.
Belvedere Estate Residents’ Association have submitted their objections with a focus on environmental issues.
There is a quick and easy way to tell the GLA (Greater London Authority) that you object to the AELTC planning application. Submit a comment on the GLA website, which will be recorded as an official objection.
