Merton Garden Streets is a Sustainable Merton initiative to make our streets greener. It is led by local resident volunteers.
Through encouraging street and front garden planting, the initiative seeks to improve community well-being and deliver important environmental benefits such as increasing wildlife, improving air quality and flood prevention.
Community planting dates are planned for 21 May, 25 June and 16 July.
