The Statutory Trust Case between The AELTC and SWP starts on 16th January.
A briefing note has been issued by Save Wimbledon Park Ltd (SWP) which sets out the background to the case; the issues for the court/judge to decide and the process of the court hearing. It also explains the further legal issues that will remain after this court hearing. The judgement is not expected for 2-3 months.
