The 122nd Annual General Meeting of The Wimbledon Society will be held at 5pm on Saturday 9 May 2026 in Wimbledon Park Hall, 170 Arthur Road, Wimbledon Park, London SW19 8AQ.

2. Minutes of the previous AGM held on 10 May 2025
3. To receive the Chairman’s Report for 2025 (previously circulated)
4. To receive the Report of the Trustees and Financial Statements for 2025 (previously circulated)
5. To elect the President and any Vice Presidents and the Officers of the Society
6. To elect the following as Directors of the Company:

Pamela Greenwood
Jane Healey
Simon Ingall
Diane Neil Mills (with effect from 01.01.27)
Mike Rappolt
Iain Simpson
7. To re-appoint Hartley Fowler as Independent Examiners
8. To transact any other business proper to an Annual General Meeting
At the conclusion of the AGM talks will be given by Susie Hicks, Councillor (retiring) and presentations by the Society updating the work of the Save Wimbledon Park campaign and the Wimbledon Museum
Refreshments will be available after the meeting.
Members have a legal right to appoint a proxy to exercise all or any of their rights to attend, speak and vote in their stead. A proxy need not be a member of the Society. Any member wishing to appoint a proxy for this meeting should apply to the Secretary for a proxy form secretary@wimbledonsociety.org.uk
